I'm not sure.
Maybe I'm biased. Or maybe its just that I'm a girl and I notice boys more. (Which I highly doubt. Natural competitiveness in women would ensure otherwise.)
But, it seems like more boys put in effort when dressing for school. Most of the gals I saw, mostly wore T shirts and shorts. Good for the guys in school because they see an endless sea of legs. But most of them, looked like each other.
The guys, like this one. Seemed to stand out.
